Celebrate St Andrew's Day 2009 at the Shindig in the Square: a weekend of music and dancing in celebration of St Andrew, the patron saint of Scotland. Shindig 2009 extends the musical celebration launched by Homecoming Live - The Final Fling! into the heart of Glasgow with a weekend of free music and dance in George Square featuring the Big Burns Bash, Shindig concert and the Big Family Ceilidh. Over at St Andrew's in the Square - Glasgow's Centre for Scottish Culture - a rich mix of Scottish song and dance promises that Glasgow's Homecoming celebrations will finish with a bang!
